When Smokey arrived, his condition was dire. Our veterinarian diagnosed him with severe anhydrosis—the inability to sweat—a critical issue that became dangerously pronounced during the recent heatwave. In addition, he was ill from neglect and improper nourishment, leaving him incredibly vulnerable.
We were providing intensive veterinary care and daily support, but Karen’s 90 minutes of remote energy work was a catalyst for Smokey’s sweat glands to recover. Her work is so intense, working with the biology and emotional release that I honestly don’t know how to say what she does, but this is the third horse she has worked on with us, and the third that has shown impressive, healing results.
