Both the metaphysical and biological have evolved over the last few decades, for the most part as separate schools of thought. 2020 and the next decade will be about converging both – science and spirituality – into cooperation for the next level of enlightenment and conscious evolution.
More specifically, the coming decade will focus on the biology of our body and how our cells and DNA are a direct result of our emotions and beliefs. Utilizing the senses to communicate and then energetically shift reactive patterns of the autonomic nervous system, such as seeing, feeling, and hearing emotions, clears repeating patterns (often mis-labled as karma), and optimizes health, relationships and elevates quantum energies.
